TMB, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Program Analyst to support Team Ships Front Office (TSFO).

Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge of DOD/Navy Human Capital systems, processes, and resources in a variety of situations.
  • Execute assigned programmatic or organizational efforts on behalf of customer in accordance with policy and direction.
  • Independently perform assigned tasks such as establishing project objectives, developing plans, evaluating alternatives, measuring progress, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Assist in development of TSFO awards and ceremonies.
  • Prepare high quality briefings, reports, and other documentation in support of customer programs.
  • Track, analyze, and report progress, status, and data associated with customer programs and team actions using metrics and infographics.
  • Support and provide inputs to the development, improvement, or daily execution of human capital programs, processes, and meetings.
  • Proactively anticipate & identify problems, analyze causes, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze customer metrics and make associated recommendations.
  • Make sound decisions and valuable recommendations that reflect subject matter competence and good judgment.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with team members on projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
