Provides accounting, finance, and analytical support in the verification, control, and processing of work activities in respective area. Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and data requests for management, internal departments, and external entities. Completes the day-to-day activities, calculations, reconciliations and analyses necessary to perform periodic financial accounting closes. Financial Analyst I ($53,890 - $67,360) Must possess a working knowledge of accounting fundamentals and principles at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Financial Analyst II ($60,320 - $75,400) Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; and Two years' related accounting experience.
Financial Analyst III ($69,380 - $86,730) Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; and Four years' related accounting experience.
Financial Analyst IV ($79,760 - $99,700) Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; and Six years' related accounting experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Completes the day-to-day activities, calculations, reconciliations and analyses necessary to perform periodic financial accounting closes. For multiple operating companies: accumulates, calculates, and records monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting estimates and amortizations to ensure proper accounting and allocation. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual internal statements and financial reports: accumulate data, analyze income, cash flows and margin statements, research and write concise and accurate explanations of variances and changes, prepare associated supporting documents. Prepares analyses, reports and data requests for management, internal departments, governmental agencies, and external entities. Designs, completes, and maintains spreadsheets and databases necessary for assigned duties. Assists in compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley standards; calculation, accumulation and reporting of financial data relating to new or existing FASBs or other accounting pronouncements. Responsible for the reconciliation of credit card and expense report clearing accounts. Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
