Assists in the analysis, development, and implementation of the fleet strategy at Everus Construction Group and subsidiaries. Develops specifications, analyzes cost, and communicates options to company fleet, purchasing and operations decision makers. Coordinates asset transfers, acquisitions, and disposal of company assets.Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.Employees | Value | Execution | RelationshipsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of business concepts normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or economics; andTwo years of related fleet or equipment industry experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides excellent customer service and effectively communicate with all Everus subsidiary companies fleet, operations and purchasing personnel.Assists in the analysis and reporting of fleet and procurement transactions and statistics for Everus and its subsidiaries.Effectively works and interacts with field operations, vendors and OEM partners to develop the companies' fleet assets for custom equipment upfits from design to final inspections.Organizes, archives, and maintains specifications, equipment and design details, prints, and documentation files for standardized and customized fleet assets.Responsible for the development, implementation, and education of staff across the Company in the use of Everus Construction Group Inc.'s fleet National Accounts.Participates in the support, administration and development of fleet policies and recommends changes to policies, practices, standards, and procedures that may enhance efficiency, reliability, or safety.Contributes to the development of forecasts and capital budget planning.Maintains knowledge of industry standards.Develops specifications and executes required purchases or leases of requested company assets.Researches and determines the most financially beneficial and efficient method to acquire and dispose of company assets.Maintains working knowledge of applicable internal and external policies and procedures.Assists in the enhancement of existing department processes and systems and the development of new processes and systems.Processes and distributes required monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.Performs other tasks, duties, and special projects as assigned.
