Responsible for cost estimating, progress budgeting, change order pricing, cost forecasting including monthly projections.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a working knowledge of the electrical trade with a minimum of 5 years' experience as an electrical project manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Establishment of project estimates and management of cost.Project submittal process, including submission, approvals, and release of approvals.Day to day interaction with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.Responsible for all job-related costs including procurement of major materials and equipment.Monitoring of all job-related costs, including but not limited to, labor, rental equipment, materials, and subcontractors.Understanding of the Company's financial software systems, including but not limited to Spectrum, and other software utilized by the Everus companies.Understanding of ACCUBID estimating software.Monthly cost analysis.This position is required to drive.Perform additional duties as assigned.
