ERP Systems Analyst

Infor XA ERP Systems Analyst We are seeking an experienced Infor XA ERP Systems Analyst to support our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, configure the system, lead implementations, analyze data, and provide user support. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document business requirements - Customize Infor XA modules to support business functions - Lead ERP upgrades and enhancement projects - Create reports/dashboards and analyze data to drive decisions - Conduct user training and provide ongoing ERP support Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT or Business - 5 years as an ERP Systems Analyst, preferably with Infor XA - AS400, Infor XA, RPG, CL programming experience - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to understand complex processes and requirements Preferred Qualifications: - Infor XA, Birst, or IDF certification - Manufacturing industry experience - System integration and API connection knowledge We offer a competitive salary and benefits in a fast-paced environment.
