LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a non-profit organization in Portland, OR, to fill a Data Entry/Admin role with an ASAP start. This temporary position, running through mid-to-end of January, offers a flexible afternoon schedule and a casual office environment.

In this role, you will support gift entry, produce acknowledgment letters for donors, and assist with returning donor phone calls. You will collaborate with a small, close-knit team, while also working with team members handling events and grants. The role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and a customer service-oriented mindset.

Position Title: Data Entry/Admin
Location: 100% Onsite - Portland, OR 97210
Parking: Onsite parking available
Duration: ASAP start through mid-to-end of January
Schedule: 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday (flexible afternoon hours, not before 10:00 AM)
Dress Code: Casual
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter donor gift data into Raiser's Edge (or similar system)
  • Produce and send acknowledgment letters for donations
  • Respond to and return donor phone calls
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
  • Experience in data entry and administrative support
  • Strong typing skills (excellent words per minute rate)
  • Familiarity with donor management systems, especially Raiser's Edge (or similar systems)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Friendly and professional communication skills with a customer service approach
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude, adaptable to a casual office environment
Additional Information:
  • Team: Small team including Relationship Managers and a Program Manager, with additional team members focused on events and grants (note: not working directly on donor-related tasks)


Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
