We are experiencing continuous growth and have an immediate opening for the Administrative Assistant position. This position will be working in our office at 2275 Northwest Parkway SE, Marietta GA, Georgia 5 days a week.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our U.S. operations. Reporting directly to the VP of U.S. Sales, this role is essential in providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of various operational tasks. If you're a detail-oriented, professional assistant/administrator and enjoy being the organizational maestro who keeps teams and projects on track in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:- Collaboration: Facilitate communication between teams, including Sales, Marketing and Home Depot, to ensure smooth operations. Communication is 75% via email and 25% through Teams and phone calls.
- Reporting: Prepare, generate and distribute various reports from partner's internal site to the sales team.
- Provide support for new store growth initiatives:
- Work closely with Peak Sales Team and Home Depot teams to facilitate seamless execution of in store projects.
- Coordinate ordering, shipping and tracking of inventory, fixtures, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with Peak's merchandisers to schedule projects and validate completion
- Marketing Research: Conduct online marketing research to gather data and insights that support team initiatives.
- Office & Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain the office space, including the showroom, boardroom, warehouse, and kitchenette, ensuring a tidy and organized environment.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Sales and Marketing team in reducing their administrative workload, streamlining processes, and improving efficiency.
- Able to work in our Marietta office 5 days a week.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, with a background in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
