Manufacturing company located in Marietta is looking for their next Administrative Assistant. This position will work closely with the Office Manager and assist with administrative functions as well as project work. Entry level recent college graduates are encouraged to apply as well as candidates with 1-2 years experience. Salary will be based upon experience.
Duties:
- Light volume reception work
- Administrative support to the sales team, reviewing contracts for accuracy and database management
- Project work as assigned by the Office Manager and Sales team
- Work closely with Office Manager and other staff to ensure efficient work flow of office
- Maintain conference room calendar
- Inventory of office supplies and order fulfilment
- Maintain calendar of employee birthdays, celebrations and work events
- Mailing and filing
- Other duties as assigned
