Ferhadson & Associates, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial located in Troy, MI, is looking an Administrative Assistant. We provide comprehensive financial planning and investment consulting to help individuals, families, and small organizations achieve their financial goals. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive friendly, professional service. You’ll also support the team by managing office operations, scheduling, and assisting with client services and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and answer phones
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Prepare for client meetings and handle correspondence
- Assist with marketing and client recognition efforts
- Handle data entry and office supply management
- Process mail, scan, fax, print, and copy documents
- Maintain kitchen area and water plants
- Provide general clerical support
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher
- 1+ years in a professional office, preferably in financial services
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Compensation and Benefits:
- $22.000/hour (non-exempt)
- PTO, medical, 401k, pension plan, and paid holidays
