QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent phone communication and listening skills
  • Administrative skills, organizational abilities, and strong time management skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Customer service mindset and ability to interact with different kinds of people

Experience with a CRM like ServiceTitan would be preferred but isn't required for the right person.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Normal working hours are from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

With an upbeat and friendly attitude, our Customer Service Representative assists clients and supports field technicians from our office. Every day, you speak with clients by answering inbound phone calls, making outgoing ones, and responding to website service requests. You answer questions, learn about the client's electrical needs, and document what they're looking for. Attentively, you dispatch electricians and maintain open communication throughout the workday to track progress and send them on more jobs. You address concerns or issues as needed, taking pride in being a crucial part of our office's success and our customers' satisfaction!
