Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This position involves interacting with clients via various channels, providing support, and contributing to the improvement of service processes.

- Non-Exempt/Hourly

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, chat, and other channels. Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Identify and resolve client problems or concerns effectively. Handle complex and escalated issues with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of IRA Financials’ products and services. Provide accurate information and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless experience for clients and support overall business objectives.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Previous experience in financial services, particularly in IRA administration or retirement accounts, preferred.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous experience with financial software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Empathetic and patient with a strong customer-focused mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
