As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional service by offering product and service information, resolving issues, and maintaining customer records. You will manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat messages, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chat messages.
- Process payment information and payments.
- Inventory management

- Call center experience
- 2 years experience in a call center environment (open to industry)
- Stable employment history with no more than 3 jobs in the last 2 years
