We are seeking dedicated Customer Service professionals to support our financial advisors. In this role, you will handle phone calls and provide essential support to financial advisors who exclusively sell our client's products.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and support financial advisors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to insurance and financial agents.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience working in a corporate office environment.
- Proficiency in handling phones.
- High School diploma.
- Experience with insurance and insurance platforms is a plus.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.

Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm CST. Training will be 100% onsite, and candidates can work towards a hybrid schedule after completing the training period.
