We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Knoxville location.
The position is responsible for opening, closing, and maintaining checking accounts, savings accounts, certificate of deposits, IRA's, safe deposit boxes, ATM/Debit Cards, online banking and teller duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates have great customer service skills; able to multi-task; computer skills, phone skills and we prefer a minimum of 2 years of customer service or banking experience.
SCHEDULE:
A regular working shift is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation Range (compensatory based on previous banking experience): Pay range $19.10 - $21.22/hr.
