Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and mentor a small team, overseeing daily accounting functions like AP, AR, expense reporting, and credit card reconciliations. Financial Close Process : Manage month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, fixed assets, revenue recognition, and consolidation. Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled regularly. Audit & Compliance : Oversee the annual financial and benefit plan audits, as well as quarterly and annual tax filings. Process Improvement : Lead business process improvements and ensure accounting policies stay compliant with GAAP and statutory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Month-End Close Ownership : Proven experience managing the month-end close process NetSuite Experience (highly preferred) #LI-JK3 #INNOV2024 #ZRCFS
