The Role: The Accounting Manager opportunity involves overseeing the accounting team and managing all finance operations for U.S.-based entities, including month-end and year-end closings, budgeting, and forecasting. As a key member of the operational management team, the role provides financial guidance to support decision-making, evaluates financial systems and procedures, and recommends improvements to enhance controls and efficiency. The Accounting Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage finance operations, including month-, quarter-, and year-end tasks. Oversee reporting, audits, compliance, and consolidation processes. Optimize finance workflows, coordinating with Global Excellence Centers. Prepare forecasts, manage legal, tax, VAT, and statutory reporting. Handle intercompany transactions, cash/treasury activities, and Board-level financial presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field (CPA or advanced degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience. Experience overseeing an outsourced accounting team Oracle Fusion experience desired but not required Strong leadership capabilities, with the desire to mentor and develop junior team members. #LI-MV1 #ZRCFS #INNOV2024
