Executive/Marketing Assistant 

We are recruiting for an Executive/Marketing Assistant for a Manhattan Showroom in New York.  The ideal candidate should be motivated with a desire to grow with the company.  You will supporting senior executives, handling administrative, analytical and marketing tasks.

This is a hybrid role with the possibility of travel within the tri-states and the need to work/attend evening events.

Responsibilities

• Calendar Management for meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including CRM management, tracking marketing metrics, research, competitor analysis, and campaign support
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook to manage documents, reports, and communications efficiently
• Keeping track of ongoing tasks/projects, ensuring deadlines are met
• Coordinate and manage logistics for marketing, showroom events and exhibitions
• Content Creation: Contribute to copywriting for marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, blogs and website content
• Client Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining and nurturing client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience performing executive assistance and marketing support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems. Hootsuite and Microsoft Dynamics experience would be a plus
• Good analytical skills with an understanding of business processes, able to work comfortably with numbers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively
