Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers with the goal of driving sales and customer enrollment.
  • Identify and resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Utilize product knowledge to support sales efforts and facilitate new client acquisitions.
  • Provide clients with personalized purchasing experiences and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to process orders and set installation dates.
  • Document client information and ensure accurate purchase orders 
  • Work with fellow team members to achieve sales targets.

Ideal Candidate:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields preferred.
  • People-oriented, with a strong desire to build and nurture relationships.
  • Charismatic and personable, facilitating positive interactions with team members.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, continually improving interpersonal skills.
  • Strong active listening skills and empathy towards client concerns.
  • Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Note: This position requires daily travel to our office in Ontario. Local candidates only (or relocating within 2 weeks of an offer).
