About the Role:
As the Senior Executive Assistant/Business Administrator, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, managing communications, schedules, and special projects. This dynamic position involves overseeing office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
- Calendar and Travel Management: Efficiently manage executive calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Project Oversight: Act as a project manager, tracking deliverables and reporting progress to ensure timely completion.
- Document Preparation: Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and agendas as required.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain contracts, legal documents, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Event Organization: Plan and execute special events and manage office logistics as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior executive administrative role. Experience in HR or the energy sector is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Management Skills: Strong project management and time management abilities.
