Manage the recruitment process from start to finish for direct hire roles in the construction, and industrial sectors. Sourcing Top Talent:
Develop and implement strategies to source candidates for high-volume and specialized positions such as trades, skilled labor, and management roles. Candidate Screening & Interviews:
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications to ensure they meet the companys needs. Collaborating with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals. Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Utilizing ATS & Tools:
Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process and report on recruitment activities. Industry Engagement:
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in construction and manufacturing recruitment. Ideal Candidate: Recruiting Experience:
At least 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Proven Success:
Demonstrated ability to recruit for both high-volume and specialized positions. Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and other recruitment tools to optimize the hiring process. Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers. Organized & Efficient:
Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Trade Recruitment:
Experience recruiting for skilled labor and trade positions. Bilingual:
Spanish and English fluency is a plus. Compliance Knowledge:
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations specific to the construction and manufacturing industries. Other Essential Functions: Candidate Sourcing & Networking:
Engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Reporting & Analytics:
