Full time Monday to Friday Weekends free Pay Range: $25.50 - $34.00 hourly THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location:
Atlanta, GA Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site setup. Support event marketing efforts by coordinating materials, invitations, and follow-up communications. Ensure events are executed on time, within budget, and meet company standards. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a smooth and successful experience. Collaborate with internal teams to align events with branding and marketing initiatives. Maintain an organized calendar of events and deadlines. Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for improvement. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Prior experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required.
