The expected remote work schedule for this position will be based upon the needs of the department. Works directly with students, staff, instructors, and internal and external partners. Assists with enrollment and record keeping; enters and verifies data; ensures accuracy and timeliness of fee payment log; and maintains and audits program records to ensure compliance with college and grant requirements. Essential Functions 35% - Provides direct, front line customer service for students and the public, coordinates front desk operations, answers program inquiries in person and by telephone; conducts in-person and virtual registration, fee, and intake processes; troubleshoots registration issues; schedules standardized assessments, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. 35% - Maintains confidential student records adhering to college, state, grant, and federal guidelines; accurately enters and maintains data using a variety of databases; audits student enrollment, attendance, and assessment data and records; analyzes records for data quality assurance; orders office supplies and ensures accuracy and timeliness of fee payment log 20% - Provides technical support and training for existing and new staff, onboards new support staff, participates regularly in staff meetings, and directs the workflow of staff 10% - Assists with other administrative, data, and support-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and one (1) year of clerical, administrative office support or related experience. OR High School Diploma/GED and three (3) year of clerical, administrative office support or related experience. Desired Qualifications A. Customer service experience B.
