Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications Stellar Solutions has an opportunity for a skilled Chief Acquisition Analyst to support cyber programs within the Program Executive Office's Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power portfolio in El Segundo, CA. A successful candidate should be a leader and problem solver with a proven ability to deliver superior results as part of a high performing team in a high-profile, fast-paced environment. The candidate will apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts for highly classified systems, while also effectively communicating complex results with management and executive leadership. In this position, you will: Provide advice to Program/Project Managers regarding acquisition strategies, schedules, contracting, budgeting and execution Prepare periodic status reports, coordinate and execute periodic staff meetings and technical interchange meetings, and develop acquisition plans, schedules, and executive program briefings Develop, draft, and coordinate overarching program planning and execution documents as prescribed by/tailored from DoDI 5000.02 / Acquisition Framework, and relevant DoD, AF, and local unit policies that pertain to rapid prototyping Provide technical and programmatic assessments of contractor design/milestone reviews to assess progress, risks and issues, and the ability to achieve mission requirements Provide program element coordination, staffing and monitoring; advise and assist government customer regarding funding commitments, obligations, and expenditures as well as drafting and supporting delivery of program funding documentation and monthly financial reports Required Skills and Education: Bachelors and 18 years or more of related experience in government weapon systems acquisitions and program management and, or Contracts management within the Department of Defense or 4 additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree Must have an active Top Secret clearance with in-scope SSBI/T5 background investigation. Ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Program accesses. Must be willing to consent to a polygraph Desired Qualifications: Master Degree in Business Management, technical management, and/or engineering Professional certifications (e.g., PMI PMP) Experience in the National Security Space and, or the Space Control mission area Location: This position is full-time, on site in El Segundo, CA and may require travel up to 25% of time within the continental United States Compensation: The typical pay range for this position is USD $160,000 - $200,000 per year, total package. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all included as part of package). Deliverable(s) Deliverables will be in the format of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction.
