Title: Consultant Premium III - Sr. IT Project Coordinator Duration : 9 Months - Long Term Location: Washington, DC 20433 Hybrid Onsite: 4 Days onsite per week from Day1 Notes: Client is looking for a Sr. IT Project Coordinator who can track status of multiple projects in the business unit, follow-up with business, create reports for laterals and higher ups, gather updates from business, coordinating with teams, track tickets etc. There is a copilot rollout also happening which would need licenses and this person need to track the rollout updates too. The candidate needs to be proactive, organized and be able to track the status for multiple projects. Technical acumen is highly preferable. Candidate should have governance insuring all work needed to be done on schedule. This person should be able to take initiatives and manage/talk to business teams, update the progress and maintain a proper reports (can be tracked/created on MS Excel too). Great Communication and excellent Inter personal skills are key to this role. Expertise in MS Office Suite Excel, Word. Excellent Power Point - Presentations Skills. Project Coordination: Support the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope. Coordinate with project managers and team members to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. Timeline Management: Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. Identify potential delays or issues and proactively communicate them to the project manager and relevant stakeholders. Update and maintain project timelines and schedules regularly. Data Gathering and Communication: Reach out to team members and stakeholders to gather necessary data and information required for project tasks. Ensure all team members have the information and resources they need to complete their work efficiently. Facilitate clear and effective communication among project team members. Governance and Documentation: Navigate various governance processes to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and approval records. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting action items. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for project management. Assist in the development and implementation of project management tools and methodologies.
