The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and performance of the Life Division, with a focus on driving profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment. This senior role requires a leader with a strong background in the life insurance industry, particularly in mid-cap/large-cap size companies, and a proven track record in P&L management. The VP Life will oversee all aspects of the division, including new business, underwriting, and operations, and will be accountable for meeting targeted financial outcomes. Key responsibilities for the VP Life include strategic and operational decision-making, performance reporting, and the execution of corporate initiatives. The role demands exceptional leadership skills, the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with industry designations preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the life insurance sector.
