We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to take charge of our Life Division, focusing on enhancing profitability, operational efficiency, and alignment with our corporate vision. Your proven track record in life insurance, particularly with mid to large-cap companies, paired with your expertise in P&L management, will be vital in this leadership role. As VP of Life Insurance, you will oversee new business generation, underwriting, and all operational aspects of the division, ensuring we meet our financial targets. Your responsibilities will include strategic decision-making, performance reporting, and driving corporate initiatives to success. Exceptional leadership skills are essential as you engage with stakeholders at all levels and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with industry designations as a plus, and at least 10 years of senior management experience in the life insurance sector.
