Description: • Provide financial statements quarterly with accuracy and legal compliance • Organize and update financial records • Prepare documentation for external auditors • Manage payroll functions, financial statements, accounts payable, basic job cost, account analysis, accruals, year-end audits • Manage and monitor accounting procedures for compliance • Provide support for the controller with period-end close accruals and journal entries and assist in various duties and responsibilities • Analyze and evaluate various financial and operational business controls and GAAP • Reconcile complex general ledgers accounts, verifying accurate GL balances and ensuring proper and relevant support documentation • Perform month end closing duties • Compile AR and sales reports • Identify and maintain fixed assets Qualifications: -5-7 years of true accounting experince -Must have accounting degree -Full cycle accounting experince - JE, GL, Month end, audits, reconciliations -Must have construction industry accounting experience -CFMA and/or CPA are a plus -Management/leadership experince is a plus -ERP software experience -Proficient in Microsoft Excel About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
