LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a Non-Profit to hire a Staff Accountant on a contract-to-hire basis in the Dallas area paying between $50K-$55K annual salary, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of full-cycle Accounting to include Bank Reconciliations, lockbox postings, JE's and Financial Statements. Looking for a great company with growth? Please, Apply now Bank Reconciliations Record electronic deposits including lockbox and credit card activity Submit payment requests for auto-withdrawal payments Review expense reimbursement report Prepare, review and record credit card expense and payment activity Prepare cash and other balance sheet reconciliations Enter Invoices for Payment Post Journal Entries into the GL Account Coordinate with Controller on Monthly Financials Reconciliation of details to general ledger Accounts receivable responsibilities Qualifications: Degree preferred, but not required Advanced Excel Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Good communication skills both verbal and written Detail oriented Ability to work with minimal direction and use independent discretion judgment Good team player attitude Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
