LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant for our esteemed client. In this role, you will be integral to the financial operations, managing general ledger entries, financial reporting, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements: Generate accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring all financial data is correctly reported. Perform general ledger accounting: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. Assist with budgeting and forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards: Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and ensure all financial activities comply with these regulations. Reconcile bank statements and accounts: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end close processes: Assist in the preparation and completion of month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting: A solid educational foundation in accounting principles and practices. 1-2 years of accounting experience: Practical experience in accounting, with a proven track record of handling financial operations. Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
