Desktop Support Technician

Work Location: This position is Onsite Job Description : We are seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician to assist with a large-scale computer replacement project. This role involves supporting the replacement of approximately 2,500 computers citywide while minimizing disruption to day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with End User Device Replacement (EUDR) plans and be skilled in resolving technical issues during hardware transitions. Responsibilities : • Execute and manage EUDR plans, ensuring smooth replacement of computer systems • Address and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the replacement process • Image and configure new computers to meet organizational standards • Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent support and minimal disruption during transitions Required Skills: • Proven experience in desktop support, particularly with large-scale device replacement projects • Proficiency in computer imaging and deployment processes • Familiarity with EUDR methodologies and best practices • Experience with Tanium or similar endpoint management tools • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and within a team to meet project deadlines Available Benefits: • Medical Benefits (Platinum level plans available) • Work from home / Hybrid / Onsite options • PTO • Holiday Pay • VTO • 401K • Charitable Match • Training reimbursement About KēSTA I.T.: Our name says it all; KēSTA I.T.
