We seek a versatile and highly organized (remote) Office Assistant to perform administrative duties and work closely with a builder/ developer and real estate broker. Must be detail-orientated, professional, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities will be as follows: Respond to emails and prepare documents, including official correspondence and presentations. Maintain general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company operations. Purchase office supplies, equipment, and other related items. Perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts, and budget tracking. Maintain a good working knowledge of social media. Perform other relevant duties when needed. Requirements: Proficient in various computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access). Experience creating documents and spreadsheets using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage internal and external correspondence. Knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Comfortable handling confidential information. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Preferred Real Estate experience or Real estate license (not required) Education: N/A Experience: 3 months Background requirements: Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.
