IT Support Specialist

Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Specialist to help support a client of theirs that is within the education space. They will be supporting their faculty, staff and students in Manhattan, NY. This position is a 6-month contract with ongoing extensions, and the hours are 7:30-3:45pm EST, Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate has been in a IT support position before handling a variety of different software's and devices. In this position you will be handling various tickets that come from staff and assisting with equipment/device setup along with troubleshooting.
