Key Responsibilities: Deal Origination and Execution : Lead the origination and execution of M&A transactions, debt, and equity capital raises for clients in the semiconductor industry. Manage all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, valuation analysis, financial modeling, and preparation of pitch books. Structure complex transactions and negotiate deal terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including semiconductor companies, private equity firms, and strategic investors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand client needs and identify new business opportunities. Advise clients on strategic financial decisions, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital structuring. Market and Industry Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on the semiconductor industry, tracking trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity. Provide clients with insights into industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that could impact their business. Team Leadership and Development : Supervise and mentor junior team members, including analysts and associates, providing guidance on project tasks and career development. Manage team workflows to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client services and deal materials. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience : 7-10 years in investment banking, preferably with a focus on technology or industrials, including semiconductors. Technical Skills : Strong financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring expertise. Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of semiconductor markets, including trends in AI, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics. Educational Background : A degree in finance, economics, or engineering is preferred, with an MBA or CFA as a plus.
