The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of deal execution, from due diligence to financial modeling and negotiation of deal terms. Additionally, the role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic financial advice, and conducting in-depth market and industry analysis to stay abreast of trends and developments that may impact client businesses. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have 7-10 years' of experience in investment banking, with a preference for those with a focus on technology or industrials, including semiconductors. The role requires a candidate with strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring, as well as in-depth knowledge of semiconductor markets, particularly in the areas of AI, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics. A degree in finance, economics, or engineering is preferred, with an MBA or CFA being a plus.
