Your mission will be to establish clear and impactful fundraising goals, build a diverse and engaged donor base, and manage all facets of development, including major gifts, annual giving campaigns, and planned giving initiatives. This is a remote position, with regular visits to our campus required, and may include living on campus. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in nonprofit development, a deep understanding of philanthropy, and a proven ability to navigate all stages of the donor engagement cycle. This highly collaborative role will involve working with a dedicated and small team, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including alumni, faculty, and community members. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a multi-faceted fundraising strategy to support the institution's immediate, capital, and long-term goals. Foster strong relationships with the President, board members, and senior leaders to enhance strategic initiatives. Oversee all major aspects of development operations, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency. Utilize office and fundraising software to track and manage donor relations and fundraising efforts.
