We are looking for a dynamic leader who will craft and implement a strategic philanthropic and engagement plan that supports our mission to serve the community and foster transformative leaders. You will collaborate with the President and other university executives to drive strategic priorities, forge relationships with key stakeholders, and develop opportunities that align with our institutional goals. As the Vice President for Advancement, you will oversee the advancement department, managing all aspects of development and alumni relations to ensure we meet or exceed our objectives. We seek candidates with a proven leadership record in diverse advancement functions, particularly in major gift cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Innovation, collaboration, and strategic thinking are crucial qualities in this role. If you are passionate about alumni engagement and have expertise in fundraising program development and execution to maximize philanthropic support, we want to hear from you A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's preferred, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
