Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. $40,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
  • Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed
  • Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
  • Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given

Qualifications:
  • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
  • Previous customer service experience required for this position
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Strong communication skills, You can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor (your mentor does not succeed unless you do)
  • No felonies
  • Willing to get an insurance license
  • Be motivated! This is a commission-based position, and you can earn it if you put in the work
  • Trainable
  • Coachable
  • Applicants must have a strong work ethic, be driven to succeed, and be willing to go above and beyond to achieve above-average results.
