Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. $30,000 - $38,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
- Apply appropriate changes to consumer policies based on the information provided
- Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
- Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
- You must have previous customer service experience for this position
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- A general understanding of insurance policies and schedules is preferred
- Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
