Job Description Lead the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations. Analyze financial data and perform variance analysis to support senior management decision-making. Identify and recommend procedural improvements for greater efficiency. Work with the Accounting Manager to oversee factory and supplier payments and assist with AR/AP tasks as needed. Report key metrics, including daily operations and weekly cash forecasts, so senior financial leadership. Collaborate with the sales team to manage the business pipeline. Ensure accurate reporting through a deep understanding of accounting processes and the general ledger. Education Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. Certification/advanced degree preferred (CPA, CMA, CFA, MBA) Five or more years of related experience preferred.
