Accounting Manager $125,000/year 15% bonus What to know: Pay of $125,000/year 15% bonus Hybrid set up - 3 days in office and 2 days remote Responsibilities: Offer thorough support during audits and prepare financial statements with detailed footnotes (Fair Value and Tax basis) Examine operating agreements and generate consolidated financial statements Work closely with the Acquisitions team on due diligence, settlement documentation, and integrating new properties Assist the Disposition team with Buyer due diligence, prorations, and recording closing transactions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business 5 years of property accounting experience, primarily in commercial real estate Experience with Funds and Joint Ventures, Fair Value GAAP, and tax accounting (IFRS a plus) Familiarity with TRS (Taxable REIT Subsidiaries) and tenant recoveries (CAM) Proficiency in financial software, with MRI experience a plus Visit our website to learn more about our openings There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
