Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance on best practices and performance improvement. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance, manage leads, and report on metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales initiatives. Qualifications MUST have experience in the Fire Service Industry. Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field within a sales environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data. Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategies that respond effectively to changes in the industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Technical sales experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
