Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to lead our operations in a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and account management. The Regional Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and develop new business opportunities. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand market presence. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and professional growth. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and improve service delivery. Foster strong relationships with key clients through effective account management and exceptional customer service. Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Oversee outside sales activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies. Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on regional sales activities for senior management. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team in areas such as Salesforce utilization, technical sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within sales or business development, preferably in a related industry. Strong understanding of account management principles and practices. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
