Client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Director of Operations to oversee and optimize our operational processes, drive strategic initiatives, and lead our team toward achieving our business objectives in the Charlotte, NC area.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and core values. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments. Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement. Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance metrics. Collaborate with executive leadership to set priorities and implement initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the organization. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the landscaping industry. Profit and Loss experience. Proven track record of implementing operational efficiencies and driving business growth for multiple branches or locations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis and operational software/tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
