The Senior Analyst on the Enterprise Change Management, Transformation Team will be responsible for guiding the organization’s Enterprise Transformation strategy and identifying, designing, and driving opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This senior role will collaborate closely with executive leadership across various businesses and corporate functions to shape and drive strategic initiatives that enhance the organization’s market position, competitive advantage, and overall impact (e.g., cost savings, Return on Investment (ROI), etc.). The Senior Analyst will bring exceptional analytical, leadership, and execution skills, ensuring that strategy translates into actionable plans that achieve measurable results.
What you will be responsible for
Strategic Planning and Development
Lead the development and refinement of the organization’s strategic Transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and Objective and Key Results (OKRs).
Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive assessments, and trend forecasting to inform strategic program/project development.
Drive scenario planning, design solutioning, and modeling to evaluate potential pathways for growth, resilience, and risk mitigation.
Conduct strategic and tactical analyses that include current and target state designs with return on investment (ROI) and measurable outcomes defined.
Cross-Functional Alignment and Execution
Work closely with senior leaders across departments to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, establishing clear objectives and performance metrics.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Monitor progress and performance, regularly reporting on strategic outcomes and recommending adjustments as needed to achieve targets.
Innovation and Market Insights
Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for innovation, partnerships, and business development that support the organization’s strategic goals and drive those ideas through ideation and design to execution.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to proactively guide organizational adaptation and resilience.
Serve as a subject matter expert in strategic matters, providing insights and thought leadership to senior stakeholders as it relates to the portfolio of Transformation efforts.
Leadership and Team Development
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of strategists and analysts (direct and indirect), fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Promote talent development, providing coaching and professional growth opportunities to team members.
Champion a strategic mindset across the organization, empowering leaders and teams to think critically about their work’s alignment with broader goals.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, and partners.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing expertise, insights, and recommendations on critical decisions.
Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and key engagements, establishing the organization as a thought leader in its sector (as applicable).
Performance Measurement and Reporting
Establish and maintain a strategic performance measurement system to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of initiatives.
Deliver regular reports and presentations to the executive team and board of directors, summarizing insights, progress, and recommended adjustments.
Incorporate lessons learned into ongoing strategy development, ensuring continuous improvement and agility in the strategic planning process.

Salary Range:
$160,000 - $250,000 Annual
