The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of cross-domain solutions (CDS) projects, ensuring alignment with the client's mission and goals. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of technical operations, risk management, and client relationship management. Detailed Description:
The Program Manager will lead, manage, and support the execution of cross-domain solutions projects, including designing, deploying, and maintaining systems for secure data flow across multiple security classification levels. This role includes coordinating with multiple teams, ensuring compliance with the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), and supporting the integration of technologies like Everfox and Garrison. The Program Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the client, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and effective solutions. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and scope, while mitigating risks to meet performance goals IAW Service Level Agreements (SLAs), utilizing tools such as ServiceNow, Risk Registers, Issues Logs, and Quad Charts. The ideal candidate will provide strategic oversight to ensure solutions are compliant with Intelligence Community (IC) standards, including National Cross Domain Strategy & Management Office's (NCDSMO's) Raise the Bar (RTB) guidelines. Requirements: Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields Program Management Professional (PMP) certification TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role in cross-domain solutions, data transfer systems, or secure communications within the IC Proven ability to manage large, complex technical projects and deliver results under tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team engagement.
