As a Mid-Level Operations Specialist, you will monitor and maintain CDS operations, respond to Service Requests (SR's) in ServiceNow, collaborating closely with engineering, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders. Your role involves executing data transfers across classification levels while ensuring compliance with rigorous NCDSMO RTB and RMF standards. You will perform regular system checks, troubleshoot issues, and implement security measures to protect sensitive information. Additionally, you'll contribute to documentation for compliance, conduct real-time monitoring, and support 24/7 / 365 operations through an on-call schedule. Your proactive problem-solving will help ensure mission-critical data remains accessible across all security domains. Requirements: Education:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Certifications:
Security+ CE Clearance:
TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Skills:
