Job Summary The Production Coordinator is responsible for the undertaking of any administrative/office duties that allow the manufacturing team to focus on fabrication. This role requires an understanding of basic computer skills, time management and manufacturing principles. Primary Job Responsibilities • Preparing accurate job packets - prepared and printed accurately for the production team • Prepare shipping paperwork for all outbound freight following company requirements/quality • procedures • Schedule deliveries and pick-ups with various trucking companies • Process/follow up on purchase requisitions/purchase orders • Assist in overseeing/assigning maintenance due dates • Upload/update maintenance logs • Assist w/ job scheduling in SAP software • Labor hour reporting from SAP software • Assist w/ process documentation and 5S activities • Maintain safety data sheets • Perform other related duties as assigned • Work with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality • Has the obligation to be aware of and comply with environmental, safety policies and regulations and always endures duties of high-quality standards

Job Requirements • 2-3 years of experience in warehousing and shipping protocol • Good communication and leadership skills • Experience with SAP software & MRP/ERP systems • Experience with 5S manufacturing procedures • Experience with Proficient in basic Microsoft Word and Google Docs programs #ZR
