The Opportunity
We're seeking an
Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
to join one of our esteemed clients' growing national IP practice. This role is open across multiple office locations, including the firm's virtual office,

You will collaborate with attorneys in the
Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation
business unit, handling complex patent litigation and other intellectual property matters. What You'll Do Lead with Purpose:
Manage patent litigation and other IP litigation matters, including trade secrets and related cases. Analyze and Innovate:
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and assist in developing case strategies. Collaborate for Success:
Work alongside a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results for clients in diverse industries. Deliver Excellence:
Provide expert counsel to clients while navigating challenging litigation scenarios. What You Bring to the Table Experience:
3-6 years of IP litigation experience, including patent litigation. Experience with trade secret matters is preferred but not required. Education:
JD with excellent academic credentials. Bar Admission:
Active bar license in the state of residence or willingness to obtain one promptly. Skills:
Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Mindset:
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and committed to innovation, community engagement, and diversity. Your Skillset Litigation Expertise:
Proven ability to manage patent litigation cases and other IP litigation matters. Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and articulate legal strategies tailored to client needs. Collaboration and Communication:

Comfortable handling diverse and high-stakes cases in a fast-paced environment. What's in It for You? Competitive Compensation:
Salary range of $215,000 to $260,000 in select markets (Denver, Los Angeles, Oakland, Washington, DC), commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in other markets will vary. Performance Bonuses:
