About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic VP of Performance Marketing and Demand Generation to spearhead the growth and management of a high-impact marketing team. This leader will drive predictable and scalable pipeline contributions crucial for our revenue objectives, with particular emphasis on Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Ideal candidates will have a robust background in developing, scaling, and optimizing demand generation systems, especially within the B2B enterprise SaaS or DaaS landscape.
The VP will take ownership of the marketing funnel, deliver strategic insights from data, and refine customer and prospect segmentation strategies. You will collaborate closely with sales, business development, and product teams to execute effective go-to-market programs that meet our ambitious pipeline and revenue goals.
We are looking for someone who can translate vision into actionable strategy, optimize across diverse marketing channels, and possesses deep expertise with marketing automation, ABM, and analytical reporting tools.
The successful candidate will be a strong performance leader, an exceptional manager and coach, and someone who thrives in a data-driven environment. Excellent communication skills, a teamwork mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting are essential.
