Total Wine & More is seeking an
Associate Supply Planner
to join our growing Supply Chain department in our Bethesda, MD office. This position will be responsible for ensuring the correct amount of inventory at the right time to meet customer demand. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to create and execute production plans, manage inventory levels, and maintain the flow of goods through the supply chain. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, forecasting future production needs, and developing strategies to optimize inventory management and supply chain efficiency. You will report to the Manager, Supply Planning.
You will Responsible to develop and implement the supply plan to meet product demand and inventory targets for assigned product groups. This includes balancing production plans within supply capability/capacity and constraints. Provide support for new product launches, discontinuance, promotions, and seasonal events. Monitor inventory levels and work with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory turns. Analyze data to identify trends, anticipate customer demand in partnership with Demand Planning, and adjust plans accordingly. Manage purchase orders and partner with inbound logistics on delivery schedules and priority Partner with Merchandising and suppliers to provide supplier forecasts and efficient production scheduling Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate information flow. Track and report on key performance indicators related to inventory management and supply chain efficiency. Ensure that inventory and delivery plans are aligned with the company's financial goals. Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. You will come with
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field. Experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related field preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Familiarity with inventory management systems and software. We offer

The exempt compensation range for this position is $42,900-$88,000. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
